Definitions
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by the browser and typically sent with later requests to the same service. They are often used for sessions, preferences, or analytics.
Local storage is browser-side storage that can keep data on a device without behaving exactly like a cookie. A third-party request is a request from your browser to an outside service, such as font or analytics infrastructure, even if it does not create a cookie in the browser.
Current site behavior
GeoQuizGenius does not run an account system, login session, or member area. As a result, it does not currently use first-party account or session cookies for sign-in behavior.
GeoQuizGenius provides a cookie settings control in the site footer so visitors can revisit their decision later.
Rejecting non-essential options keeps search and core navigation available while optional browser storage, external services, analytics, and AdSense ads remain blocked.
